Parmesan Roasted Butternut Squash

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large cookie sheet with a sheet of aluminum foil and spray with cooking spray.
Toss the squash with olive oil, salt & pepper. Roast for 15 minutes.
Toss the squash with sage and thyme and roast 10 more minutes.
Grate cheese over the top and roast 5 minutes more, until squash is tender.
Serve straight out of the oven!
