Pesto Quinoa Chicken

Instructions
Make the quinoa as instructed.
Cut the chicken into small chunks and brown on all sides in a large pan with olive oil.
When the chicken is browned, add the spinach, quinoa, pesto, and cheese. Mix well and serve.
