Lemon Garlic Green Beans

about 1 Tbsp juice
Preheat the oven to 430°F (220°C). Trim the ends of the green beans and peel garlic.
Spread the green beans and garlic on a baking sheet. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Toss with your hands or tongs.
Roast for 10 minutes. Toss everything, then roast another 8-10 minutes.
When they're done, toss with the lemon juice and serve!
