caramelized onions
(about 2 large onions)
Instructions
Slice the baguette on the bias (diagonally) and either grill or toast them.
While they're cooling, cut the figs into bite-sized slices or chunks.
To assemble the crostini, spread a layer of goat cheese on the bread. Sprinkle generously with caramelized onions and top with figs.
