Cut the strawberries into chunks roughly the size of the other berries. Put all the berries in a standard 16 oz mason jar and top with vodka. Close and refrigerate for at least an hour.
When you're ready to serve, combine the mason jar contents with a bottle of rosé and sparkling water in a pitcher. Stir and add simple syrup to taste - for a dry rosé, 1 ½ tablespoons is usually perfect.
Garnish with mint and more strawberries and serve over ice!
